Top-quality Tuscan cheese, charcuterie and beer made by local farms, try zero-km local wine from a family winery, enjoy delectable focaccias sandwiches and condiments, and end on a sweet note with an espresso and gealto from a multiple award-winning gelateria. During this delicious deep dive into the world of Italian food and wine you will also hear the stories behind the iconic dishes, get a crash course in pizza, and learn how the best cheese and charcuterie are made. Come hungry, and treat yourself to an evening of delicious exploration!

Three excellent Tuscan wines (including a Chianti and a SuperTuscan!); generous tastings of focaccias, homemade condiments, artisanal charcuterie from central Tuscany and a variety of cheeses from small farms in northern Tuscany; top quality pizza made by an expert pizzaiolo; cecina (a creamy chickpea “pancake” typical of tuscany); gelato from a ultiple-award winning gelateria listed as one of the best in the country.
